Alaska is the only state where it's legal to use and possess marijuana for recreational purposes in any context (up to four ounces of marijuana in the privacy of the home). But Alaska's hostile state legislature and governor are trying to pass twin bills in the state House and Senate that would impose up to five years in prison for possessing four ounces of marijuana -- the same penalty as for committing incest with a child. MPP is fighting back -- but we need your help to win.
