Our radio ads ask Alaskans to urge their representatives to vote against any version of H.B. 149 that would increase marijuana penalties and infringe upon Alaskans' constitutional right to privacy in the home. The Senate amended H.B. 149, which originally dealt with methamphetamines, to include Murkowski's anti-marijuana legislation from last year, in a last desperate effort to save his reckless legislation.
